You can also do it with a piece of PVC tubing... it's on my list for the Tiller.

True, I wanted the simplicity of an oem part here though

I did the PVC throttle mod on my old ninja, awesome mod, works great, was easy as sin to do, and dirt cheap. The hardest part was sitting there with a file to get it to fit perfectly, it took me a few tries but eventually I did get it right.
