It would take a lot for me to give up my bike, but I gave up living with my pledge brothers to go to a different better school (one of the toughtest decisions of my life), so i could probably do it.

Oh, and I had the same problem with my R1, every specific forum I could find was VS owned.

Not living with your frat brothers was the toughest decision of your life? My friend, you've got a rough life ahead.

I remember when the toughest decision I had to make was to either eat Ramen Noodles or Easy Mac... As fun as that was, I don't miss those days at all... The plethora of vagina to poke around in on the other hand...

Home depot L brackets huh? What size? I just saw a plate bracket from Puig for $40.. seems worth it to me. It includes the plate light.

I've got $3 in mine, but no plate light. It sits right under the tail light so I think it will be ok.

I used the metal strapping in the lumber section. Here's a pics of mine. I don't know the exact sizes. I used the tag bracket from the original fender and riveted it to the other two pieces. Take a look at mine. You should be able to pick out the pieces when you get to the store.

After 2 months I was closer to them than my best friends I had for 12 years before that. Its not that it was a hard decision, as I knew that the other school was better for me, but it was hard as hell to pack all of my shit up knowing that I wouldn't be back next fall.
