Marauder has the "ok"suspension bits already...
I think the Cobra motor might have clearance issues with the hood. I'm probably wrong but if I'm right that means you'd have to go find an Iron Maiden t-shirt and get one of those mullet style hoods.

If I had the time, money, energy and a wife who would notice me not doing what I'm supposed to be doing I would get a Crown Vic and swap in a LS2 and a 6spd.
