Lots of nice rides, but most of those aren't "garages" but "vehicle display areas".
Who would actually wrench on anything in one of those and risk staining the floor?

Like they auctually wrench anything themselves? There is a guy in town who has a newer Ferrari. The closest Ferrari dealer is 2.5 hours away. He has them come down to do the oil changes and whatever easy service.
