oh gawd yes!!! Do IT!!!
After my last weekend trip of about 8-9 hours Sat-Sun I would have loved it, merely so I could move around a bit! I will be getting one before I ride to ATL in July myself!! I am sure you'll find at highway cruising speeds you are paying ALOT of attention to your surroundings and wandering mentally wont be a problem. I also use music to keep my mind focused.
