No its a good performence motor that is EPA complient in all 50 states thru like 2015 or some shit. YOu can also get them up to like a 124.
And trust me... the position of the cam, the push rods, the vlv sizes, stroke, all of it... effects the sound. HD and S&S does alot of work to keep the sound just so. |
