I know in the ERC they said we would have to do a lot of one handed moves . I'm not sure what that entails anyone taken it ????
of course I know it won't be anything like this just wondering

One handed moves

and not the kind you practice OSP

We used to do it to mess around (our first race instructor did it to point out lines to us... at speed), but then people who really had no business trying it would see and attempt it... and it nearly caused a few wrecks, so we stopped.

[edit] Forgot to mention, ideally you want no weight on your arms when you're steering the bike (all of your weight should be on your legs) to get maximum feedback from the front end. When you reach that point (or close to it), it's really easy to take your hands off the bars.
