Speakin' of being bitten. A guy on another forum that I belong to has these in his collection...I honestly don't have the desire to own them but still think they are friggin' cool.

Albino Monocled Cobra

Western Diamondback Rattlesnake

Green Tree Viper (?)

One or two others that I can't remember.

The little Cobra is cool !! He has a video or two on youtube of him.

The monacled cobras are prety nasty. Actualy had one chase me out of a room when we were trying to take pictures of it

I would love an eyelash or gaboon viper but the mrs says no but may swing a mangrove snake or waglers viper since theyre not as deadly

What is the allure with owning a venomous snake? You can't handle it... you're in danger every time you just want to clean the cage or feed it... fuck that.

Agreed...I have zero desire to own a venomous snake. I just think the little Cobra is cool to look at.

I mean, it would be cool to have a snake pit. Like if I had a basement... I'd dig a 20 ft deep pit and keep a dozen or so highly venomous snakes in there... throw people in it.

If only I had a basement.

I have a walk-out basement so it's not a true basement so I can't really do that either.
