I would have to say that the Kilt has a better selection of food. Still bar food, but they do have a decent pizza...(And Fat Tire on tap, which for me is a plus).
As far as eye candy, I prefer college age girls in school girl uniforms, over 40 somethings with orange shorts. I think the Hooters by my work is the AARP version.

The fun part about all of these "breastaurants" is you can tell when someone new in management for the given restaurant does the hiring - the 'critical qualifications' change, sometimes dramatically.
