The cop didn't check that?
One of my cars, a few years back, was sideswiped by a guy who was driving drunk in a car that he borrowed from a friend. He hit several cars on the street where mine was parked. Luckily a tree ran out in front of him and not somebody's kid... it was Halloween night.
