Ghost Rider aint got shit on this guy
David Jeffries guided lap around the Isle of Man on a GSXR1000. Absolutely nuts.
He died on the IOM a couple years back. Here's a clip of the last 10 laps from the 2007 NW200, it's another Irish roadracing event going through tight towns just like the Isle of Man but it's not a time attack, the riders are right next to each other. Lots of passing and great racing, complete insanity.

I set out to try that one day...Flat out on a semi public road I know well. I was going to go flat out devil may care come what may. I made it about 4 miles before I thought to myself...INSANE. And that was on a wee 600...

Just finished the NW200 vid. Those guys are really flying loose not to have any run off at all. Truly a man sport.
